Characteristic:
White crystalline powder or granule, which
is the most outstanding sweet composition in stevia sugar, is re-crystallized
selectively from the stevia sugar by high level refining technology.
It has a refreshing taste without aftertaste. It is 300~400 times
sweeter than cane sugar and it tastes most similar to cane sugar.
It is quite stable in heat processing, acid/alkali solution and
does not contribute to Maillard reaction of cooked or baked food.
It can better improve the taste quality of the food so as to upgrade
the quality and grade of products.
Application:
With lower cost and better taste, it can
completely replace cane sugar. It can be widely used in all fields
using sugar such as food, beverages, daily chemicals, pharmaceuticals
and health products.
